Manager

For each participant in the transaction, we created a separate account on the website with its own functionality.

Client's account

In the client’s account, the business owner can view a summary of his objects, applications, contractors, view and download documents and reports. Here you can start a chat with the manager, create new objects and requests.

Creating an Object

To start looking for people for a specific job, the client needs to create an object. On the object creation page, the business owner fills in information about the start time of work, quotas for vacancies, special requirements and cost of work. The contractor will be selected based on these requirements.

Creating an application

If the object is a permanent job, then requests are daily tasks. Applications can be viewed in the corresponding section of the account in list form or by object. On the application page you can monitor recruitment and keep a report.

Contractor's account

Search for an object

The contractor searches for new objects using filters by location, date, profession and cost of work. Suitable objects can be viewed on a map or in a list. Next, you can go to the object’s page and submit an application for admission.

Response to application

Once the contractor receives clearance, the site’s applications are opened to him. We need to create a response to applications, where we select people from our list of performers. After submitting your application, you can monitor its status in the section of the same name.

Performers

Through his personal account, the contractor can add new performers. All performers can be viewed in the corresponding section. Each performer has his own page with personal data and activity history.

Manager account

The Laborplace company manager receives applications from clients and implementation feedback from contractors. In his personal account, the manager can allocate personnel, contact clients and contractors, and approve applications for access to facilities.
